Before using the App, please read and agree to this User Agreement. By using Clap Track, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

The Clap Track app provides the functionality to locate your phone by clapping, utilizing your phone’s microphone, speaker, camera, and flashlight to help you find your phone using sound and light.

2. User Permissions

To use the full functionality of the App, you need to grant us the following permissions:

• Microphone: Used to capture clap sounds and trigger the sound output.

• Speaker: Used to play sounds to help you find your phone.

• Camera and Flashlight: If you choose to enable, the camera and flashlight can provide additional assistive features.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Clap Track app, you agree to:

• Comply with the Law: You shall not use the App for any illegal activities.

• Authorized Use: You must ensure that all device permissions are legally authorized, and you have the right to grant these permissions to the App.

• Safe Use: You shall not use the App in any way that could harm other users or the security of the device.

• Legal Responsibility: We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the App.

7. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be published within the App and become effective. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the updated Agreement.
